Commented Unassigned: calcheck on shared computer [949]

We use Outlook 2010 and many of our staff share a computer. They log onto the computer using a generic logon and then we make separate mail profiles for each and they are prompted for which one to use when they start Outlook.

One user is having trouble with her calendar on one of these computers. I deleted her profile and re-created it but the problem still exists. Her problem is that when she opens the calendar it says cannot open the calendar or something like, or if she does get in and clicks on another month, the months start scrolling ahead.

It is fine in OWA.

I tried to use calcheck but it wanted me to use Outlook directly not from another profile.

What can I do?

So I had the user logon as herself and she ran Outlook once to create her profile. Now it says:

"Either there is no default mail client or the current mail client cannot fulfill the messaging request. Please run Outlook and set as the default mail client."

I don't know where to set it as the default mail client.
